NEW CLIENT AGREEMENT 

Please read the information below to best understand how we will work together.

Sessions
At the scheduled appointment time, clients should log into Zoom using the dedicated Zoom link shared with them. Each Zoom meeting lasts 60-minutes. The focus of the sessions will be to address the current and future goals and issues of importance to the client. Please note that these sessions are not a substitute for counseling or psychotherapy and do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of any psychological conditions.

Confidentiality
Information discussed during our meetings is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to others without the client’s permission. The only exception to this policy is if it is determined that the client may be in danger or may be a danger to others. If such a case arises, making sure the client and/or others are safe will override confidentiality.

Payment
The preferred method of payment is Venmo (@DrDarlene) or Zelle (darlene@darlenemininni.com). The session fee must be paid prior to the scheduled meeting time. If either of these payment options is not possible for the client, alternate methods of payment can be arranged.

Cancellation
If the client needs to cancel an appointment, they should provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email so the reserved meeting time may be offered to another client. If this is not possible, a good faith attempt should be made to provide notification as soon as possible. If multiple cancellations occur with minimal notice, the client may be charged for missed sessions.
